Key Responsibilities:

• Development and validation of RF/Microwave circuits
• Detailed design of systems and sub-circuits such as: Transmitters, Receivers, Amplifiers, Filters, multiplexers
• Efficient integration of RF circuitry into mechanical enclosures
• Design and evaluation of product prototypes and engineering samples
• Development of test methods and systems
• Documentation of test results, writing reports
• Supporting the transition from prototype designs into production
• Product cost awareness
• Interaction with vendors and customers where appropriate
• Continuous search for new RF solutions and technologies
• Leading role as team lead and training of new team members

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electronics Engineering with emphasis on RF/Microwave circuit design (MS will be an added advantage)
• At least 5+ years of work experience in the field of RF/Microwave product development
• Candidates with higher experience can also apply and will be considered accordingly
• Experience with RF/microwave circuit design
• Experience with RF integrated PCB design and CAD tools
• An organized, detail-oriented, and methodical work approach
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with 3D EM simulators
• Experience with 3D CAD tools
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability
• Knowledge of Technical Documentation of systems
• Work experience with communication systems will be an added advantage
