BCube (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an Production Engineer to help testing and evaluating different platforms. We are seeking a talented and motivated production engineer who also understands hardware design and software.
Production Engineer Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
- Assess and analyse current production methods
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Design and implement cost-reductive changes
- Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures
- Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
- Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products
- and guarantee desired results
- Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
- Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems
- Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment
needed - Follow and adhere to all state, federal and company enforced safety rules and
regulations
Production Engineer Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
- Detail-oriented and extremely efficient
- Ability to maintain positive vendor and client relationships
